        Currently, sellers on Clickthrice only ship within India.

  • Can I order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’?

        No, The products listed as ‘Out of Stock’ are not available for sale on Clickthrice.

  • What does ‘Out of Stock’ mean?

        An item is marked as ‘Out of stock’ when it is not available with any sellers at the moment; you won’t be able to buy it now.

  • How can I cancel my order?

        You can cancel your order if it is not shipped. Please login to your ShopClues account for initiating the cancellation & follow the given process:

  • Can I change the quantity of my order?

        We recommend you to place a new order for the same product with a changed quantity.

        Products sold by Sellers with Clickthrice Assured badge are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap.

        Fragile items like electronics are safely secured with bubble wrap. Other Sellers also follow standard packing procedure. Sellers are rated on packaging quality and affects overall seller rating.

  • Are there any hidden charges when I shop on ClickThrice?

        There are NO hidden charges when you shop on Clickthrice. The price you see on the product page is final and it’s exactly what you pay.

  • Why do I see a ‘delivery charge’?
